In any line of work, a client disclosing about past, current or future self-injury can be one of the most jarring experiences. This one hour webinar goes through techniques and tips if a client shares about any form of self-injury. We also cover the current Australian statistics around suicide and non-suicide self-injury and the main issues someone might be going through to lead to their behaviour. This form of psycho-education helps our perspective and raises empathy and awareness.

Ken Loftus
Ken Loftus is the Clinical Director of the Sunlight Centre. Ken has worked for over 20 years in the clinical space in Ireland and Australia and specialises in the self-injury area.
