Organisational change, changes in policy and legislation, all impacts employment services, and need to be communicated. Teams need to be “on the same page” and this takes resilience, connection and a strong bonding. This webinar will provide examples of successful teams; and how to build connection and high engagement with teams to drive employment outcomes.

She is also the Director of a training and coaching business.
