“There’s been a lot of research into what employers value the most in employees (and potential employees). Quite often it’s attitude that keeps coming to the top of the list. Many employers feel that they can teach people the job tasks – so experience isn’t always the most important thing. The Business Council of Australia has some great information on this topic. I’ve included it here because the findings are representative of much of the research done in this space.”
