SUMMARY

Join Sharon Mamo and Montana Nicoloutsopoulos, specialists with over 18 years of experience in Employment Services, for a 1-hour webinar on supporting participants with complex needs. This session is ideal for front line staff working with clients facing overlapping challenges such as criminal justice involvement, mental health issues, addictions, and other psychosocial barriers that often intersect, making it difficult for participants to find and maintain work. Participants will also learn trauma-informed care strategies to build safe, trusting relationships that enhance communication and rapport. Additionally, the session will cover how to use participant goals and strengths to inspire change, helping them overcome barriers and achieve sustainable employment through targeted approaches like Change Talk.
