Members are able to and, encouraged to contact NESA via phone or email with questions, issues or concerns. The issues commonly raised include policy interpretation and clarification, performance management, service strategies, the contract management framework and IT system issues. NESA often escalates these issues to a Department of Employment's National office level to obtain further clarification and advice.
