Times keep changing, many existing case managers are adjusting to these changes, however some may require assistance to adjust. We have specifically developed this training for case managers looking to build on existing skills to meet a stronger performance and outcome focused environment.
This two part coaching programme is recommended for case managers / employment consultants that have traditionally performed well but are looking to update / refresh skills for the current performance environment. This coaching programme is for people working in the DES program only. It will take into account the expected changes to the DES programme commencing in July 2018.
